At Invoxa, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and financial information.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company name, and payment details. We also collect financial data from connected services like QuickBooks, including invoices, customer names, email addresses, and payment records.
We use your data to provide and improve our services, send automated reminders on your behalf, generate financial analytics and AI insights, and ensure platform security.
We protect your data with 256-bit AES encryption at rest and in transit, SOC 2 Type II compliance procedures, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Financial credentials are encrypted with a separate key and never stored in plain text.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, third-party integrations you explicitly authorize, and law enforcement when required by law.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days and financial data within 90 days.
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, export your data in machine-readable format, and opt out of marketing communications. To exercise these rights, email privacy@invoxaflow.com.
